Ingredients
1/4 Cup of milk (Can change to soy/almond milk as well)
1 Egg
1 Banana
3/4 - 1 Cup of Rolled Oats
2 Teaspoons of baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla (Optional)
Butter/cooking oil
Equipment
1x Blender
1x Frying Pan
Toppings
Maple syrup/Honey
Berries
Chocolate chips
Banana slices
Almond nuts
Prep time: 5 mins
Cooking time: 10 mins
Total time: 15 mins
Instructions
1. Pour the milk and banana into the blender and blend it first
2. Pour the rolled oats and blend it at the same time to ensure a smooth consistency
3. Add in the baking powder, eggs (and vanilla extract). Go for a 3rd round of blending (The mixture shouldn't be too watery, if it is then add more oats)
4. Heat the frying pan and add in the oil/butter.
5. Pour the pancake batter in round circles.
6. Cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes on one side and flip it over.
7. Serve with maple syrup, fresh fruits and any other toppings of your choice.
