Tuna & Cheese Quesadilla Recipe

Ingredients (3 servings)

1 can of tuna

3 tortilla wrap

1 bowl of mozzarella cheese

3-4 strips of bacon

Butter/cooking oil


Equipment

1x Frying Pan 1x Scissors


Prep time: 5 mins

Cooking time: 10 mins

Total time: 15 mins





Instructions

1. Heat up the frying pan

2. Cook the bacon till it turns slightly golden brown

3. Remove the bacon over the heat and let it cool down for awhile.

4. Use the scissors to cut the bacon into smaller bits

5. Heat up the frying pan again, and add in butter/cooking oil

6. Place the tortilla wrap in and add in a handful of cheese, cut bacon strips and tuna on one side of the wrap

7. Flip the wrap and make sure both sides are cooked evenly

Do flip the wrap every now and then to ensure that it doesn't overcook on either side!
